基于侧面碰撞仿真的轿车防撞杆结构优化研究 被引量:12

摘要 在我国汽车碰撞交通等故中,侧面碰撞事故占30%左右,而我国目前尚未实行相关法规,并且许多汽车企业也未进行相关研究,所以开展汽车的侧面耐撞性研究十分重要。针对国内某SUV车型,按照欧洲侧面碰撞法规ECER95进行侧面碰撞模拟仿真,从碰撞变形、碰撞吸能以及关键点的加速度值进行分析、评价,对防撞杆进行结构优化研究,通过仿真计算,验征了发生碰撞时优化后的防撞杆结构在变形和吸能方面明显优于改进前的结构,提高了车辆的侧面耐撞性能以及驾乘人员的安全性。为今后开展汽车的侧面碰撞研究以及提高轿车侧面耐撞性能提供了可借鉴的方法。 The side impact accidents have proporioned about 30% in all crash accidents in China but there is no any relative regulations in effective. Furthermore many automobile manufacturers have no any relative research on side ipmact. So it is very important to do research on side crashworthiness. Based on a certain SUV in China, this paper simulates its side impact according to the European side impact regulation ECE R95. After the simulation, some analysis is done in crash deformation, crash energy and acceleration of key point. Then the structure of side door beam is optimized. When impact happens, the optimized structure has a better performance than the original one in deformation and absorbing energy by test simulation. So the crasbworthiness of side impact and the safety of both driver and passenger are improved by this optimization. This peper provides a feasible method for further research and improvement of the side impact and the side crashworthiness.
