摘要
在电机电刷的焊接过程中可能会遇到电刷镀层因受热而爆裂的情况,该文简要分析了电刷镀层爆裂的机理,给出了预防措施。实践证明该措施的效果令人满意。
When the brush is welded, the electrodeposition of the brush may be burst for being heated, this paper brief analysis the reason and give a prevention measure. The practice show that the measure is satisfaction.
