摘要
DCS(集散控制系统)组态方便,管理集中,危险分散,是构建数字矿山的关键技术之一。充填是地下矿山生产中的重要环节,且充填系统随机扰动严重,被控对象模型难以确定。介绍了在金属矿山充填过程中成功引用DCS的实例,并初步介绍了适合矿山充填过程控制的自适应整定规则集控制策略。
Distributed Control System (DCS) is an important technology to building digital mine project, for it is convenient to configuration, can achieve the concentrated management of system and the dispersing of dangerous system dements. The filling of underground mined - out area is one of the important production links in metal mines. But the random disturbances acting on filling system are serious, and the models of controlled objects are difficult to be established. This article gives a case that DCS has been successfully applied in Metal Mines'filling system, and briefly introduces the control strategy based on self- adaptive adjusting rule sets for the control of filling process in metal mines.
