摘要
根据水泥原料矿山运输调度系统的复杂性与非线性特性,建立了卡车运输实时调度系统模型;运用粒子群优化算法(PSO)在解决工程优化问题中具有收敛速度快,调节参数少且算法极易实现等良好的特性,成功地解决了在开采工艺、产量、质量等多因素约束条件下的卡车实时运输调度优化问题,并将其用于韶峰水泥原料矿山的生产运输调度系统,既降低了矿山运输成本,又协调了开采工艺、同时为矿山企业信息化建设和其他物流企业提供了重要的参考价值。
According to the complexity and non -line character of truck transportation scheduling system in cement material quarry, the model of real time transportation scheduling system is set up based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. Because particle swarm optimization algorithm has the characteristics of more fast convergence velocity, less adjusting parameter and being easy to implement, the optimization problem of the truck transportation scheduling, which is restricted by many factors such as mining technologies, the output and quality of limestone, has been solved successfully. The model has been adopted to production transportation scheduling system in raw material quarry of Shaofeng Cement Group, resulting in that not only the transportation cost is reduced, but also the mining technologies become harmonious. In the meantime, it can offer important reference to the information construction of quarry enterprises and others logistic enterprises.
