目前的中国餐饮市场呈现出一片繁荣景象,同时也带来许多耐人寻味的问题。随着餐饮舞台的扩大,未来餐饮业也会出现更多的文化碰撞,其中包括传统与现实的碰撞、美味与健康的碰撞、区域与全国的碰撞。本文就这三种模式的文化碰撞而展开讨论。
The present Chinese dining market presents a piece of prosperous scene, at the same time also brings many thought - provoking questions. Along with the dining stage expansion, future of the food and beverage industry also will be able to appear more cultural collision, including traditional and reality collision, delicacy and health collision, region and national collision.
