摘要
篮球教练员率队参加篮球比赛时,首先应制定出周密的战略计划并做好相应的准备工作;在此基础上,还要根据临场比赛中出现的具体情况,及时调整全队的战术打法和配合方法,进行灵活而正确的现场指挥.
When a basketball coach leads a team to attend a basketball match,first of all,he should set a careful strategic plan and do some preparation accordingly. On basis of this,he needs to adjust the tactical methods and cooperative methods of the whole team timely according to the concret situation during the match,gives a neat and right spot instruction.
