改革开放、西部大开发、中国加入WTO为贵州吸引外资、利用外资提供了很好的条件,作为西部省份,贵州拥有丰富的土地、能源、矿产、生物和旅游资源,这些得天独厚的优势支撑着贵州经济的不断发展,也为贵州更好地吸引外资、利用外资创造了优越的条件。分析近几年贵州省利用外资的现状、影响吸引外资的因素,意在对如何提高贵州省外资利用质量提出一些对策思考。

Reform and opening up, the development of vast western regions, China＇ s entry into WTO——All these provide very good opportunities for Guizhou to attract and use foreign investment. Being a province in Western China, Guizhou is rich in its natural resources, such as land resources, energy resources, mineral resources, biological resources and travel resources as well, supporting Guizhou to develop its economy steadily and create excellent surroundings to attract and use foreign investment. This article briefly analyzes the current situation of the use of foreign investment and the factor that has effects on attracting the foreign investment. It also gives some ideas on how to improve the quality of using foreign investment.
