摘要
通常用碘量法测定硫酸铜镀液时,由于镀液中有二价铁及其它还原性物质,在滴定过程中消耗碘,使测定结果偏低。本文采用在微酸性条件下,用高锰酸钾氧化二价铁离子变成三价,以及其它可能存在的还原物质,消除了这些物质对测定的干拢,使测定结果准确、可靠。
On determination of copper content in acidic copper bath by iodimetric titration, the result obtains ed usually lower than the real value, due to the presence of Fe^(2+) and other reducing substances in the bath, which will consume iodine during titration, therefore, potassium permanganate, is used, under sli- ghtly acidic condition, to oxide Fe^(2+) to Fe^(2+) and other probably existing reducing substances. So as to eleminate the interference of them upon the determination and make the result accurate and reliable.
