我国食品“绿色壁垒”的构建

Brief Analysis of Constructing Foodstuff "Green Barrier" in China

随着中国加入世界贸易组织,中国的食品市场必须向世界各国开放。但是这种开放同时会给我们的国内食品进口带来的不安全因素,甚至威胁到我国人民群众的健康安全,同时对于我国的农产品以及食品经济的发展也会带来不必要的损害。因此,有必要借鉴西方国家有关"绿色壁垒"的法律制度,在WTO允许的范围内保护我国国内食品市场。

As China has become a member of WTO, the domestic market of the foodstuff has to open to the foreigners. But this opening may lead to the unsafe to our food import; even more could bring threat to the people＇s health and safety. And meanwhile this can also inflict unnecessary burden to our agriculture economy. So we need construct our own the legal mechanism of ＂green barrier＂ by means of referring the western countries to protect our foodstuff market.
