An Ethical Reflection on the Development of Tourism Resources

旅游业作为中国第三产业的主体在增强经济活力和提高人民生活方面发挥了重要作用,但以经济增长为目标的旅游资源的大力开发,对环境造成了严重的破坏,产生了难以估量的生态危机,旅游资源开发的伦理思考就是要充分考虑到自然界承载着多种价值,价值客观地存在于自然之中,自然是产生价值的源来,保持优良的生态环境和人文环境是旅游业赖以生存和发展的重要根基。旅游资源发展必须秉承生态伦理思想,尊重生态系统的规律性。

As a main constitution of China＇s tertiary industry, tourism plays a key role in improving the economic development and people＇s living condition. However, aiming at the economic growth, the exploitation of tourism resources seriously destroys the environment and leads to unimaginable ecological crisis. The ethical reflection on the development of tourism will involve that much value objectively exists in Nature which is also the source of values,and keeping a good eco-environment and humane environment is key to the existence and development of tourism. So the development of tourism resources must meet the eco-ethical requirements and the regularities of ecological system.
