随着企业的发展壮大,企业文化的建设越来越重要。根据电力企业的特点,建设电力企业的企业文化应该从以下几方面着手:一是认识到企业文化建设的重要性和行业特殊性;二是让员工真正参与企业文化的建设;三是领导必须以身作则。

With the development of the enterprise, the building of corporate culture is increasingly important. In line with the features of power enterprises, corporate culture of power enterprises should be strengthened in the following aspects： First of all, the importance of corporate culture building and specific characteristics of the industry should be understood.
