摘要
噪声与三废(废水、废气、废渣)一样,已成为当今社会的一大公害。因而怎样尽量减少噪声的干扰和对人体的危害是一个值得探讨的课题。
Noise,together with waste water, waste gas and waste residue, has become a big public nui-sance. Thus how to reduce the disturbance of noise and the harm to human being becomes a worthwhile project.
