摘要
学习型组织是当今世界最前沿的管理理论之一,它包括5项修炼自我超越、改善心智模式、建立共同愿景、团队学习及系统思考。将该理论应用到病房管理,是现代急剧变化的时代亟待做好的一项工作。开展创建工作主要通过引导护士学习该理论的基本概念及内涵,树立正确的学习观及工作观,改善心智模式,坚持创新理念。经过2年的实践,病房发生很大变化,护士团队意识增强,主动学习、主动服务,坚持创新理念且颇有硕果,病房呈现你追我赶、健康向上的工作氛围。
The Learning Organization is one of the latest management theories, which includes five elements: self-exceeding, improving mental model, setting up common vision, team learning, and systems thinking. To put this theory into the practice of ward work is the very work that should be well accomplished by us in the rapidly-changing modem age. In order to initiate the foundation work, several works should be done as follows: to learn the basic concept as well as the meaning of this theory, to found the correct leaning and working attitude, to improve the mental model aiming at the same goal, to keep holding a creative idea. There were considerable changes happened after two years of the practice. The teamwork idea, as well as the active learning and service idea among the nurses, had been enhanced, and more achievements reaped via holding the innovative idea, which contributed to the challenging and health working atmosphere in a ward_
