β-七叶皂甙钠对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤中单核细胞趋化因子-1表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解β-七叶皂甙钠对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤中单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)表达的影响作用。方法建立大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注模型,分治疗组和缺血再灌注组,每组包括缺血再灌注后1、6、12h,24、48和72h,每组5只。治疗组给予β-七叶皂甙钠腹腔内注射,缺血再灌注组不予处理。以免疫组织化学法检测不同时期视网膜中的MCP-1的表达,在不同时间段做大鼠视网膜ERG检测。结果β-七叶皂甙钠治疗组各期MCP-1的表达低于缺血再灌注未治疗组,而ERGb波波幅明显高于未治疗组(P<0.05)。结论β-七叶皂甙钠能下调视网膜缺血再灌注损伤中MCP-1的表达而对视网膜具有保护作用。 [Objective] To study the effect of [3-aescin on the expression of MCP-1 in rat's retina isehemiareperfusion injury. [Method] The model of retina isehemia-reperfusion was modeled, 60 SD rats were derided into isehemia-reperfusion group and β-aesein group, each group including 1 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h. Each group has 5 rats. Immunohistochemistry (streptomycin avidin-biotinperoxidase complex SP) was used to detect the MCP-1 at different time, and every rat was carried ERG examination. [Results] The expression of MCP-1 in β-aescin group was lower than that of isehemia-reperfusion group. The b wave of treated by β-aesein group is higher than that of the isehemia-reperfusion group (P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] β-aesein can decrease the expression of MCP- 1 in isehemia-reperfusion retinal and protect the rat's retina from the isehemia-reperfusion injury.
