摘要
多级智控分层测试找水技术是实现高含水油井剩余油挖潜的一种实用新技术,通过电子控制元件强制井下测试找水开关的开启或关闭,监测各产液层的生产情况,再对各产液层的产出流体进行化验分析,确定出各产层的潜力。1次作业施工可最多进行5层测试找水,测试结果和所分层段对应,消除了层间干扰,测试找水结果直观、准确,为堵水提供可靠的依据。单井的测试生产时间一般为28~35d。近几年在茨榆坨油田高含水区块进行推广应用,见到了显著的增油效果,提供了大量的准确的测试资料。
Intelligent multi-stage separate layer testing for finding water is a new practical technique for producing residual oil from high water cut wells.Electronic element controls downhole testing switch and monitors production performance of each layer.The production potential of each layer can be determined through assay analysis of produced fluid from various layers.One operation can deal with water finding for as much as 5 layers.The test result corresponds to the layers divided,thus eliminated interlayer interference.The result of testing and water finding is objective and accurate,and provides reliable basis for water plugging.Single well test-production period is usually 28~35 d.This has been popularized in high water cut blocks in Ciyutuo Oilfield in recent years,and has achieved notable oil increment.
