薄层疏松砂岩油藏防砂技术改进

摘要 为改善一次性高压充填机械防砂技术在薄层疏松砂岩油藏防砂成功率低的现状,在充填工具、施工工艺等方面对其存在的不足进行了改进,并对部分层间差异大的新井采取分次射孔、分次充填防砂技术。通过改进,克服了原来一次性高压充填机械防砂技术有效期短的缺点,有效提高了一次性防砂成功率。现场应用表明,这一技术改进是成功可靠的。 One-off high pressure sand control technology has low success ratio in lamellate unconsolidated sandstone reservoir.Improvement has been made in aspects of packing tool and operation process.Perforation and pack sand control have been conducted in different times for some new wells with big interlayer difference.The period of validity of one-off high pressure pack mechanical sand control technology has been extended.The success ratio of one-off sand control has been improved.Field application has shown the efficacy of this technical improvement.
