摘要
目的比较异盘并殖吸虫不同发育时期虫体的蛋白质组成。方法应用浓度梯度聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板状电泳(CG-PAGSE)和美国Bio-RadGelDoc2000凝胶成像分析仪系统对大鼠的异盘并殖吸虫30、40、50、60天和80天5个虫龄期的蛋白质(PT)进行研究分析。结果各个时期的PT带数分别为22、25、18、18和18,主带都只1条,并且各期的主带在迁移率上有差别。结论证明在不同的发育时期,蛋白质都存在一定程度的变异,呈现生长发育的多态性。实验结果可为异盘并殖吸虫分类、遗传、诊断、治疗以及杀虫药物作用机理等研究提供基础资料。
Objective To analyse protein components of different development stages of Paragonimus heterotremus. Methods The general protein(PT) from 5 stages was studied by concentration gradient polyacry- lamide gel slab electrophoresis (CG - PAGSE)and anaylsed by America Bio - Rad Gel doc 2000 Quantity One gel image analysis system. Results The number of every stage's general protein bands was 22, 25, 18, 18 and 18 in order. Every stage hag 1 main band whose relative mobility was different. Conclusion Some variations were detected in protein during fluke' s development. They show growth polymorphism. The results can provide basic datum for the research of Paragonimus heterotremus' s taxonomic, heredity, diagnosis, treatment and the mechanism of medicine.
