大学生新生心理健康状况调查与分析

A Analysis and Survey on Frenshmen's Mental Health in Hunan University.

目的了解我校大学新生心理健康状况。方法采用中国大学生心理健康量表(CSMHS)对我校2005级本科新生进行了心理健康普查。结果我校2005级本科新生心理健康水平处在全国大学生的中等偏上水平。男女生心理健康水平基本一致,但女生的躯体化因子分显著高于男生(P<0.01),男生的焦虑因子分显著高于女生(P<0.01)。独生子女与非独生子女的心理健康状况存在一定的差异;不同专业、来自不同地区的学生其心理健康水平存在显著的差异。结论2005级本科新生心理健康状况良好,但仍需针对现状和不同群体的不同心理健康状况采取有利措施完善其心理健康水平。

Objective To investigate the status of mental health of freshmen from 2005 grade in Hunan University. Methods The samples were 5191 freshmen from 2005 grade in Hunan University. Each sample was assessed with CSMHS developed by national ministry of education. Results The scores that freshmen of 2005 grade in our university got were at middling-hyponastic level in all of universities. There are not significant difference in different sex groups; There are significant difference between the only-children and the children with siblings and among different speciality groups and among groups from different regions. Conclusion In general, the result of this investigation is good, but the mental health should be augmented further and taken different methods to aim directly at different conditions for our school students.
