不同自信水平大学生时间管理倾向的比较 被引量:22

A Study of Time Management Disposition between College Students with Different Self-confident Level.

摘要 目的比较不同自信水平大学生在时间管理倾向上的差异。方法采用黄希庭、张志杰编制的青少年时间管理倾向问卷和Shrauger编制的个人评价问卷对279名大学生进行调查。结果不同自信水平大学生在时间管理倾向量表总分及各个子维度上的差异显著,高自信水平者平均得分明显高于低自信水平者;时间管理倾向量表总分以及时间价值感、效能感维度上的年级效应显著,但不存在性别差异;不同自信水平大学生时间管理倾向的发展趋势不同。结论高自信水平大学生的时间管理水平高于低自信水平大学生;前者的发展呈小幅下降趋势,后者呈起伏发展趋势且变化较大。 Objective To compare the traits of Time Management Disposition of college students between different selfconfident level. Methods 279 college students were tested by means of Huang Xiting and Zhang Zhijie's ATMD (adoIescence time management disposition scale) and Shrauger's PEI (personal evaluation inventory). Results According to the resuIts of 279 college students by statistic analysis, the ATMD scores of the ones with higher self-confident level are significantly higher than those of the ones with lower self-confident level in all dimensions; there are some differences among different grades, but no difference between male and female. Conclusion The ones with higher self-confident level's ability of time management were better than that of the ones with lower self-confident level's, the developing trend of the two were also different.
