摘要
目的“警察职业风险自评量表”的构建与研究。方法通过文献检索和个体访谈,构建出量表,并在青岛市公安系统262名警员中施测验证。结果当前警察所面临的职业风险包括生理风险、心理风险、社会风险、工作风险、关系风险。结论不同岗位的警察所面临的职业风险强度和构成模式有所差异,该量表的效度和信度良好。
Objective To establish the Policemen-professional-risk Questionnaire. Methods By means of literature retrieval and personal interview to develop the questionnaire, and trial test on the 262 policemen from Qingdao Public Security System. Results It was found that there＇re five kinds of risk faced by the policemen, which are physical risk, psychological risk, social risk, employment risk and relation risk. Conclusion The intensity and the constitution of the professional risk are different on different position. And the statistics analysis proves that the reliability and validity are good.
