摘要
本文叙述了镀络废水的处理。镀件采用六级间隙逆流漂洗。第一级回收槽的漂洗水收集后,用大气蒸发器低温(50—55℃)蒸发浓缩,浓缩液可直接返回电镀槽重新使用。文中的图表说明了工艺应用后的效果。大气蒸发器的特点是:占地面积小,投资低,不使用化学试剂,无二次污染,有良好的环境效益和经济效益。最后,讨论了失水量与浓缩倍数的问题。
The treatment of Cr plating wastewater is stated, The plated parts are rinsed by six-stage intermi- ttent counter-current After having been collected, the rinsing water from the first rinse tank is evapora- ted and concentrated with the atmospheric evaporator at a lower temperature of 50-55℃, and the conce- ntrated solution may he directly returned to the plating tank to he reused. The practical effects of the process are illustrated by figures. The atmospheric evaporator has the advantages of space-saving, low cost, no need of chemicals, no secondary pollutions and good environmental and economic benefits. Finally, the water loss volume and concentrating times are discussed.
