An Organizing Style of Engineering Factors Disintegration in Engineering Management

在对当前工程管理中组织模式分析的基础上,提出了一种新的组织模式———工程要素分离化组织模式。这种模式是将工程建设中的各个要素相分离形成不同的实体,直接进行管理,在工程建设时根据项目需要再把各工程要素灵活组合,来寻求工程要素资源的优化配置。

Based on the analysis of current organizing style in engineering management ,an organizing style of engineering factors disintegration is put forward. Different entity is formed and managed directly in this organizing style after engineering factors in project management are disintegrated . In engineering construction all engineering factors are integrated smartly according to project so as to get optimal deployment of engineering factors.
