摘要
随着我国沿海地区经济持续快速发展,许多沿海港口同时面临着新港区的开辟与老港区的改造。对老港区存在的问题进行总结归纳,结合案例分析探讨我国老港区的改造模式与思路。
While national economy facing two situations, i.e. exploitation of problems in old port areas, and discusses areas in China combining case analysis. in coastal district is new port areas and developing rebuilding quickly, many coastal ports in China are of old ones. This paper summarizes the transformation pattern and train of thought in rebuilding of old port areas in China combining case analysis.
