摘要
分析了邯钢铌微合金化HRB400螺纹钢筋组织中出现的针状铁素体含量对钢筋力学性能的影响,当靠近表层区域和1/4直径处出现较大面积针状铁素体组织时会恶化钢筋的力学性能。合适的轧后控制冷却工艺,可以使1/4直径处针状铁素体组织含量保持在较低的水平,并保证钢筋的力学性能符合GB1499-1999的要求。
The influence of content of needle - like ferrite, occurred in niobium - microalloying HRB400 (20MnSiNb) reinforced bar, on its mechanical properties is analyzed: the property would be worse when rather large area of needle - like ferrite appears in area of near surface and 1/4 diameter. Right post - rolling controlled cooling process can make the content of needle - like ferrite at 1/4 diameter remain a lower level and guarantee the property meet the demand of GB1499 - 1999.
