摘要
利用火花源光谱仪研究了铝锭中铝试样的制备、激发条件、标准化、控样校正等分析方法,该准确、快速、简便,应用于铝锭的测定,检测结果准确。
It is researched the preparation, stimulating condition, standard and controlled correction of sample for determination of aluminum in aluminum ingot with spark emission spectrum analyzer. This analysis method is accurate, fast and simple.
