摘要
针对目前国有企业人力资源管理存在开发、考评、选人用人等方面的问题,认为解决问题的关键在于树立新的人力资源管理观念,建立并实施新的机制,完善相关法规体系,采用新的科学手段依法管理好企业。
Against the problems in development, check and evaluate, selecting and appointing in human resource management of state - owned enterprises, it is considered that the key is to acquire a new management idea, to build and conduct a new mechanism, improve the relative laws and regulations, adopt new scientific methods.
