水/双-2-乙基己基硫代琥珀酸钠/异辛烷微乳液中结晶紫碱性褪色反应的动力学研究

摘要 三苯甲烷类染料结晶紫(CV)的碱性褪色是一个传统的化学反应,因为其反应速率适中,且结晶紫在可见光区有较强的特征吸收峰,可方便地进行动力学研究.由于微乳液水池大小影响反应的微环境性质,因此可以作为微反应器为化学反应提供特殊的介质环境,而且油包水(w/o)微乳液中水池内水的性质和细胞中的水类似,目前常常把微乳液作为在分子水平上进行化学和生物化学反应研究的模型体系。
