介绍了偶联剂的作用和常用品种。通过用不同种类及不同用量的偶联剂进行试验对比,总结出偶联剂对热塑性塑料制品的强度的影响,以及偶联剂对直接纱的强度的影响,并得出结论:偶联剂1或5适用于增强热塑性塑料;直接纱配方中偶联剂用量在0.4%时,性价比较好。
The functions and common varieties of coupling agent are introduced. The impact of coupling agent on the strength of thermoplastic products and on the strength of direct rovings has been summed up through comparative tests using different types and amount of coupling agent. These tests have arrived at conclusions that coupling agent type 1 or 5 is ideal for reinforcing thermoplastics and that 0.4% coupling agent in the sizing formulation for direct rovings leads to better cost efficiency.
