摘要
从原材料两单体的摩尔比、反应程度、温度等因素对PA66粘度的影响进行研究,并探讨了在原设计的基础上增速30%~50%之后的温度、压力、真空度等工艺条件,使其生成的高分子量的聚合物,满足粘度的要求。
This paper researches the influences of raw material's mol ratio, extent of reaction and temperature on the viscometer of PA66, and discusses the technical condition of temperature, pressure and vacuum degree after increasing 30 % -50 % speed on the basis of original design, in order to make the polymer with high molecular weight created by the transformation to comfort the requirement of viscometer.
