简述了电气控制柜安全监控系统开发的必要性，介绍了红外测温系统的基本原理与应用特点，分析比较了四种安全监控系统的开发技术、开发方案，选出了适应目前电器控制柜现状的方案。

The necessity to develop security monitoring system of electric control case is briefly discussed. The working principle and characteristics of infrared temperature measurement system are introduced. Through comparison of development schemes of four security monitoring systems one optimum scheme is selected.
