摘要
提出了用通风网络风量优化计算的方法求解矿井火灾时期的风流控制方案.在计算过程中主要考虑了矿井火灾对通风的影响、用风流质量流量代替体积流量、定量确定关键地点的需风量及尽量采用增阻调节措施等问题.计算过程主要包括:矿井火灾时期的风流状态模拟、关键地点的需风量和允许调节的分支确定、控风方案的优化计算和控风效果的模拟计算等.通过一个矿井的计算实例说明了方法的可行性.
A proposal for control of airflow in a mine fire is proposed by optimization of air quantity in a ventilation network.The main factors to be taken into consideration in the calculation are :the influence of mine fire on ventilation,substitution of volume flow rate by mass flow rate,quantitative analysis of required air quantity in important localities,regulation of air by increasing resistance when possible.The main calculation steps are simulation of airflow in a mine fire,determination of air quantity required in key places,branches necessary for air regulation,optimization of air control,simulation of control effect,etc.Feasibility of this method is illustrated by calculation of a mine as an example.
