摘要
介绍了目前监理企业中存在的主要问题，从建设市场、工程监理取费、行政管理等方面分析了其原因，介绍了加强我国建设工程监理的有关措施，使工程建设监理向制度化、规范化、科学化、程序化发展。
In view of problems existed in supervision enterprises at present, from construction market, construction supervision charging, administrative management and other aspects analysis is made; at the same time corresponding measures are proposed in order to strengthen construction supervision and make construction supervision more normalized, scientific and systematic.
