摘要
以万家寨引黄工程国际Ⅱ标为例，介绍了国标Ⅱ标合同通用条款、特殊条款中的争端解决程序，阐述了争端调解委员会解决争端的程序，从而彻底解决合同争端。
Taking the intemational Ⅱ norm contract in the Wanjiazhat Yellow River-introduciug project as a example, it introduces the settle procedure in the general items and special items of the intemational Ⅱ norm contract, and represents the procedure settling the dispute made by dispute conciliation committee to settling the contract dispute thoroughly.
