摘要
分析了代建制与项目管理以及代建制三方间的关系，介绍了代建制项目风险的特点、管理方法以及种类，阐述了代建人的风险以及风险规避措施，以充分发挥代建制的优势。
The relationships between project management and system entrusting one company to build and manage are analyzed. Characteristics of risk existed in project entrusted to other company as well as management method is introduced. Risks faced by entrusted part and risk aversion measures are also elaborated in order to develop the advantages of this system.
