And furthermore, a deep analysis of the causes has been presented for the foam problem in our nation real estate from the view of economics. Cortsequendy, several constructive and meaningful measures have been proposed to remove the foam in real estate effectively. The numerical data have showed that the proposed scheme is worthy of consideration to solve the problem and thus keep the real estate market developing forward healthily and continually.
