摘要
阐述了发展大开间住宅的必要性，分析论述了发展大开间灵活性住宅需研究解决的问题，根据我国各地气候存在差异的情况，对基本的节能意识进行了探讨，最后对其主要空间与建筑节能设计做了阐述，以满足人们的需求。
The article illustrates the necessity of developing wide bay residence, analyzes the problems should be solved during its development, discusses basic energy saving concept according to different weather conditions in our country, and introduces the design of main space and building energy saving of wide bay residence to comfort the requirement of people.
