摘要
根据克林贝格螺旋锥齿轮的齿面生成,论述了该齿轮副的齿面接触状态,指明共轭齿面接触实际上可近似视为线接触,并提出其简化几何模型,然后引入弹流润滑理论中线接触的几种膜厚计算公式,并就其中的有关参量针对该齿轮副作了具体分析.通过实例,分别计算出共轭齿面在等温线接触状态下的最小油膜厚度;齿面粗糙度为1.6,膜厚比λ=3时,共轭齿面可以实现全膜弹流润滑.
The contact state of tooth faces of a pair of gear is described based on the formation of tooth face of klingelnberg spiral bevel gear.It is pointed out the conjugate tooth face in fact can be approximately regarded as line contact.A simplified geometrical model is proposed.Formulae for calculating the film thickness for line contact are introduced based on the theory of elastic flow lubrication.The relevant variables for gear pair are analyzed specifically.The minimum film thickness for conjugate tooth face in line contact state at constant temperature line are calculated respectively through examples.Complete film elastic flow lubrication can be achieved for conjugate tooth face when the roughness degress of tooth face is 1 6,film thickness ratio is λ=3
