摘要
从业主违约、不利的自然条件、工程变更、物价上涨、国家政策变化等方面分析了引起工程索赔的原因，介绍了索赔的程序及策略，提出了处理索赔时的注意事项，有效维护施工企业自身利益。
From default of owner, unfavorable natural conditions, project changes, inflation of price, policy and other aspects the reasons caused project claims are analyzed. This paper introduces program and strategies for claims. Points for attention in dealing with claims are also presented in order to protect benefits of construction enterprises.
