阐述了工程项目成本控制的概念，对影响工程成本的因素进行分析，探讨了在工程各阶段影响工程成本的因素及对策，提出了运用价值工程进行工程成本控制的措施，以提高企业效益。
This paper illustrates the definition of item cost control, analyzes the factors influenced construction cost, discusses the factors influenced construction cost in each stage of construction and their countermeasures, and proposes measures to control cormtruction cost by using value engineering, in order to improve enterprise＇s benefits.
