According to the experience of engaging project management working, it analyzes the existing problems in project cost, introduces the examination contents that are quantities, nesting budget unit price, outlay etc of project cost, and represents the examining method in order to reach the purpose of controlling project cost effectively and assure the implementation of item target management.
