归纳了工程量清单计价的特点，论证了实行工程量清单计价的可行性，根据工程施工的阶段，介绍了工程量清单计价方式下的造价管理方法，表明了推行工程量清单计价势在必行。
The following paper collects the characters of BOQ valuation, discusses the feasibility of implementing BOQ valuation, introduces cost management method under such valuation according to the stage of engineering construction, and shows that the implement of BOQ valuation is imperative.
