摘要
东风汽车公司冲模厂是制造汽车车身覆盖件模具的专业厂，该厂已被列为国家“８６３”计划“ＣＩＭＳ”主题单元技术应用工厂。“ＣＩＭＳ”单元技术着重解决影响汽车更新换型的“瓶颈”问题——汽车车身覆盖件模具的制造。本文着重论述国内外汽车覆盖件模具制造的发展状况，存在的问题，实现模具ＣＡＤ与ＣＡＭ集成的技术关键和系统结构。
There is a professional plant of automobile body dies in Dongfeng Motor Corp.The plant have been chosen as an applied situation for CIMS technology in national “863” plan.The CIMS technology will permeate the entire manufacturing process of automobile body dies,thereby accelerating a renewal of automobile body.This paper is intended to introduce the concurrent development circumstances abroad and domestic problems,and focus our attention on the technology keys and system construction for integrating CAD with CAM in manufacturing of automobile body dies.
