疏肝解郁法对寻常痤疮患者外周血浆皮质醇及去甲肾上腺素影响的研究

A Study of the Influence of Shugan Jeiyu Therapy on Peripheral Plasma Corticosteroid and Norepinedrine in Common Acne

目的：观察疏肝解郁法治疗寻常痤疮的疗效及对外周血中皮质醇(CORT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)的影响。方法：将200例患者随机分为3组。肝气郁结组(治疗Ⅰ组)53例及非肝气郁结组(治疗Ⅱ组)74例,均采用粉刺Ⅰ号颗粒剂(药物组成：柴胡、枳实、甘草、赤芍、炒栀子、黄芩、川楝子、金银花)治疗；对照组73例,采用丹参酮胶囊治疗。3组疗程均为2月。主要观察临床疗效及治疗前后CORT、NE的变化。结果：总有效率治疗Ⅰ组为96．2%,治疗Ⅱ组为87．8%,对照组为72．6%。治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别与对照组比较,差异有非常显著性或显著性意义(P＜0．01,P＜0．05)。治疗后CORT、NE改善方面治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P＜0．05)。结论：疏肝解郁法对寻常痤疮患者疗效显著,对其外周血中皮质醇及去甲肾上腺素等相关因子均有明显改善作用。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shugan Jieyu therapy (SJT) for common acne (CA) and its influence on peripheral blood corticosteroid (CORT) and norepinedrine (NE).Methods:200 cases were allocated to 3 groups randomly.GroupⅠ(qi-stagnation group,53 cases),groupⅡ(non-qi-stagnation group,74 cases) and control group (73 cases)randomly.GroupⅠandⅡwere treated by Fenci No.1 granules (粉刺1号颗粒) (composed of Radix Bupleuri,Fruetus Aurantii Immatu- rus,Radix Glycyn'hizae,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Fruetus Gardeniae (fried),Radix Scutellariae,Frueatus Toosendan and Flos Lonicerae),the control group by tanshinone capsule.2 months constituted the course of treatment.The changes of CORT and NE before and after treatament were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 96.2%,88.6% and 72.6% in groupⅠandⅡand control group respectively.The differences be- tween groupⅠandⅡand control group were very significant or significant (P＜0.01,P＜0.05).After treatment,the improvement of CORT and NE in groupⅠandⅡwas more marked than control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion:SJT possesses marked effect on CA,and also improves CORT and NE obviously.
