摘要
介绍胀形液压机ＰＬＣ控制系统和同步控制系统的组成及工作原理，位置调节器的选择方法，并给出了系统的静动态指标的理论值和实测值。系统经过长期运行，获得了满意的效果。
In this paper,based on the composition of a developed CNC grinding system,electromagnetic noises inside the system and in the workshop are analysed in detail and several measures for handling internal and external disturbances are proposed,which includes power supply designing,grounding,shielding,isolating,filtering etc.Effectiveness of the taken measures is proved by preliminary running of the system.
