摘要
用Q-520型图象分析仪对食管正常粘膜上皮、癌旁非典型增生上皮及癌细胞分别测定每核Ag-NORs颗粒数、颗粒总面积,再用MPV-3型显微分光光度计测定DNA含量。结果显示:Ag-NORs颗粒计数在三组性质不同的细胞中,差异有显著性意义;Ag-NORs颗粒总面积和DNA含量在三组细胞中差异有非常显著的意义。我们认为,核内Ag-NORs面积测定与DNA定量分析,在食管癌变过程中,从不同角度了解细胞的生物学行为是一个非常有参考价值的定量指标,且有利于鉴别良、恶性病变。
Ag-NORs number and their total area in esophageal carcinoma(40 cases), dysplasia(24 cases) and normal epithelia(5 cases) were quantitatively counted by using the Q-520 Image Analysis System, while their DNA contents were measured by MPV-3 Morphometry. The results showed that both the Ag-NORs (mean count, P<0. 05; total area, P<0. 01) and DNA content(P<0. 01) of the above 3 groups were significantly different. It was suggested that the quantitative analysis of Ag-NORs and DNA content might provide some valuable data for the studies of biological behaviors and for the differentiation of the benignancy or malignancy of pathologic changes.
