摘要
采用岛津AA-6800原子吸收分光光度计石墨炉法测定镉时,通过对硝酸镧、磷酸二氢胺、钯、磷酸二氢胺+钯、钯+硝酸镧等几种改进剂的实验考察,选择磷酸二氢胺+钯为测定Cd的最佳改进剂;通过对Cd的灰化温度、原子化温度、原子化时间的优化选择,确定了测定Cd的最佳石墨炉程序:灰化温度为700℃,原子化温度为1400℃,原子化时间为2分钟。
La(NO)3, NH6PO3, Pd, NH6PO3+Pd and Pd+La(NO3) were investigated by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry to select modifiers of Cd. The results show that the best modifier of Cd is NH6 HO3+Pd. The graphite furnace procedure for the determination of Cd, such as ashing temperature, atomization temperature and atomization time, was optimized.
