食管癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒的PCR检测 被引量:3

摘要 应用PCR对汕头地区60例食管癌石蜡包埋标本进行人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)DNA序列检测。结果:HPV-DNA总检出率为63.3%(38/60);HPV-6、11、16、18型的检出率分别为30.0%、40.0%、30.0%和10.0%,其中多重感染占阳性例数的60.5%(23/38)。初步结果表明,汕头地区食管癌组织中有较高的HPV感染率,此与食管癌的发生可能有密切关系。 Human Papillomavirus (HPV) DNA Sequence in 60 paraffin-embedded specimens of esophageal carcinoma collected from high-incidence Shantou region was detected and typed by using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technique. The positive rate of HPV DNA was 63. 3%(38/60). The HPV DNA types detected were mainly HPV-6,-11 and-16. HPV -6 DNA was found in 18(30. 0%) of the 60 patients, HPV-11 DNA in 24(40. 0%) and HPV-16 in 18(30. 0%). Among three types the difference was of no statistic significance(P>0. 05). But HPV-18 DNA was detected in only 6(10. 0%). It should be noted that as many as 23(60. 5%) of the 38 positive cases had multi-infection (coinfection of 2 or 3 types). The results suggested that the high incidence of HPV infection found in Shantou region might be closely associated with the pathogenesis of the esophageal carcinoma.
