摘要
脊髓小脑变性全身尸检１例报告，发现小脑颗粒层呈广泛、严重而特殊的变性；经原位末端标记，首次证明本病的这种病变属于凋亡。
An autopsy case of spinocerebellar degeneration was reported. The granular layer of the cerebellal cortex underwent extensive degeneration, which was pathologically special. Using in situ end labelling, the authors demonstrated for the first time that this change belonged to apoptosis.
