In many fields. For the diaphragm pump, most of the pressure - resistant parts are connected by bolts. Bolts fastening and dispatching have been become one of the most important problems. In SMMC, the cracking bolts made the equipments cut down and postponed the manufacture before. By analyzing the results and using the foreign advanced technology for reference, we developed the nuts hydraulic dispatching tools for diaphragm housing cover. The thesis mainly introduced pre- fastening, hook law and principles of nuts hydraulic dispatching tools.
