摘要
本文针对企业学习存在的问题进行了浅议,探讨了处理企业员工学习与企业学习以及企业学习与学习型组织之间的关系,以利于企业创建学习型组织,提升企业整体经营能力。
This paper simply discusses existent problems of the enterprise study, inquiries into the relation between the enterprise employee and enterprises study , and the relation between enterprise study and study style organization for the convenience of establishing to study an organization in the business enterprise, promote the whole management ability of enterprise.
